The vineyards in the Calchaquí Valley in Northwest Argentina are among the highest in the world. The soil is fertile, the climate dry and the summers cool. With over 500 acres of 8-year old vines, Finca La Buena is growing grape varietals such as Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tannat.
